At CRELSPORT, we are committed to providing high-quality tennis and pickleball equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following items:

• Tennis rackets
• Pickleball paddles

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Brand new and unused
• Unopened (if factory sealed)
• In its original packaging
• Free from any signs of use, customization, or damage
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Tennis balls
• Pickleballs
• Grips and overgrips
• Strings
• Apparel that has been worn or washed
• Hats, socks, wristbands, and other wearable accessories
• Bags and accessories showing signs of use
• Clearance or closeout merchandise
• Gift cards

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item was damaged during shipping.
• We shipped the wrong product.
• The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CRELSPORT cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged or defective. If you would like a different model, grip size, or paddle, please return the eligible item (if it meets our return requirements) and place a new order.
